Warranty and Returns
With all returns, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. In addition to including the receipt with your return, please send an email to to notify the Returns Team. Make sure to include your name, receipt or proof of purchase, phone number, items returned, and reason for return.
Freedom Cycle Co forks and frames have a limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for LIFE. The limited warranty also ensures that the material and workmanship of the frames and forks are free from defaults upon delivery of the bicycle.
All other bicycle components have a limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for one year. Normal wear and tear and abuse cannot be covered under this limited warranty.
The limited warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase and professional assembly by an authorized dealer is required for the warranty to be valid.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Freedom Cycle Co shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the duration of implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
If a warranty issue is suspected please send an email to the Freedom Cycle Co Support Team email@example.com. Make sure to include your name, receipt or proof of purchase, phone number, photos of items to be covered under warranty, proof of professional assembly, and reason for warranty coverage.
When a warranty is approved, Freedom Cycle Co will determine if item(s) will be repaired or replaced. Some items may be requested to be returned to Freedom Cycle Co before replacement item(s) is sent or repaired.
Any item returned without Freedom Cycle Co approval and original receipt for proof of purchase will not be considered for a warranty.
